Quit Everything is a four-piece melodic skate punk band hailing from Northeast Tennessee, formed in 2023 and fueled by frustration, aggression, and just enough spite to keep going, QE brings an energetic blend of melody and awkwardness to every stage they play.

Their debut LP Entertaining Ghosts was released in early 2025 through Boared to Death Records (Cary NC), delivering a sharp mix of catchy hooks, fast riffs, and lyrical themes that range from existential dread to professional debasement. 

QE thrives on playing live, (both acoustically & ensemble) meeting new people, and sharing stages with anyone who’ll have them.
